Honours : Captained Team USA at the Coupe du Monde (World Pastry Championship at Lyon,France) in 2003 & also Awarded Winner of Best Sugar Showpiece & best Entremet in the same year,Titled one of the Top Ten Pastry Chefs by Pastry Art & Design Magazine in 2007& 2006, Titled Pastry Chef of the Year 2009-10 (USA), Judged The World & National Pastry Team Championship 2005-2012.
